A few weeks ago I went to a birthday party. The cocktails were being mixed by MixingBar staff.
MixingBar is from Tony Harion, they have really nice fresh fruit, juices, sodas, homemade liqueurs and other deliciouness.
Since they had Rum and Apricot Brandy, I asked for a Daiquiri with Apricot brandy.
I don’t know the proportions they used but, here is a recipe to try:
- 1½oz Rum (aged)
- ½oz Apricot Brandy
- ½oz lime juice
That’s a really nice cocktail, I think the apricot compliments really well an aged rum, so try it this way, that was really refreshing.
Jeffrey recomends adding peach bitters.
